GubolinCo is a strategic consulting and information technology solutions company. Founded in 2010 by João Gubolin, under the name Ciatécnica, the company now operates in three countries: Brazil, Canada and the USA, having delivered more than 1000 projects.
The company’s expertise includes BPO processes, RPAs, the use of AI, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, data & analytics, among other capabilities. It has its own project methodology that adapts effectively to different types and forms of management.
Whether the client is a fan of agile methodologies, which prioritize flexibility and collaboration, or projects with a closed scope, where each stage is carefully planned and followed, GubolinCo is prepared to meet the clients needs in Brazil and other countries (USA and Canada), in the most diverse market sectors.
Our Story
2010
The story of Ciatécnica begins in 2010 when João Gubolin decides to use the experience he had gained over the years working for large companies to become an entrepreneur in the world of information technology consultancy.
2013
Ciatécnica is born.
2016
The logo is renewed, and the company expands its activities, winning over new clients such as Rodobens.
2019
In 2019, GHUBEE hits the market: a platform to streamline data and workflow automation for transport and supply chain systems.
2020
The company’s solutions in Brazil attract the attention of a Canadian accelerator.
2022
In the midst of the pandemic, the growing demand to keep the world connected, brought us the challenge of structuring an IT BPO for a large international client. So, we began to operate in the United States. The GubolinCo Group is born.
2023
In 2023, the Brazilian operation begins its expansion phase and is renamed Ciatécnica by GubolinCo, entering a period of structural and functional expansion, bringing technology to increase performance and agility to our clients.
2024
We reach the present moment, with the launch of the new unified logo in the 3 countries. Ciatécnica in Brazil is now called GubolinCo as well as in Canada and USA. Our purpose, commitment to our clients and constant search for innovation are pushing the boundaries, with the certainty that we will always do our best.
